Take A Break Holiday Rentals is owned and operated by Kim and assisted by her husband Barry who have years of experience with running their own houses as holiday rentals and have expanded this to help others with their properties and manage them expertly on holiday rental- along with the help from their son Harry who helps with all areas of marketing . We also have a wonderful team of hard working, professional cleaners who we couldn’t do without.  

A holiday is a chance to get away from it all and at Take A Break Holiday Rentals, we understand the need to create some fantastic memories for each of our guests!

Selection of the right guests for a property is a prime objective for us. We are looking for those guest who will enjoy the property without damaging it or the items in it - this is what we're good at. Our guest selection and eviction (if it ever comes to that) policy is based on experience and putting the property and the experience first.
